This includes working with the local jurisdiction from the start of any project with a Pre-development meeting with City staff to prevent any major surprises during the permit review process. This gives both the client and RGM Architects an opportunity to incorporate advanced sustainability principles. From identifying new building materials, to devising efficient delivery methods, RGM Architects explores a building from inside out, as well as from outside in, thus ensuring that utilizing the human experience is what shapes the design.

PLANNING

RGM Architects method of planning first involves the evaluation of our clients’ long-term plans, growth potential, and budget, as well as the specifics of the site to devise a comprehensive land-use strategy. Our years of master planning experience includes urban developments and suburban campuses for private businesses, mixed-use developers, local, state, and federal governmental agencies, and higher education clients.

Videographer and Photography

RGM Architects has partnered with blue line for their professional photography and UAV video documentation and video presentation. The UAV documentation  gives the client the additional advantage of surveying various sizes of properties that were once inaccessible to better understand property characteristics and to present that to various groups.
